Daily Deal Cleveland changes to a different deal every day, and I believe they only last for a day. The thing I love about it is that the vouchers usually last for a year or longer so you aren't pressured to use them as quickly as Groupons. Today they have one for the Nauti Mermaid (pay $10 get a $20 voucher), great joint on West 6th, and they often have ones for Paninis in Twinsburg, Breads and Beyond bakery in  Parma, oil changes and lots of other local stuff.
