If you haven't yet, check out the Cleveland Independents. It's a group of local restaurants ranging from the Bistro on Main to Mavis Winkle's to Sushi Rock. The really big part is that they offer discounted gift certificates, such as $17.50 for a $25 for Sushi and $35 for a $50 to Pickwick and Frolic (though they may vary). Pick one up next time before you dine or give as gifts! Just note you can only use one per table per visit.
